Since our restaurant opened it’s doors in 2003 we’ve focused on using only the best local produce of the season. Our food is fresh and tasty, prepared with great respect for the raw material. We seek influence from french, danish and Italian cuisine – and of course traditional Icelandic fine cooking. The fish comes in each day from local fishermen, our vegetables from Vallanes ecological farm when available, the lamb from the East-Icelandic plateau. Our menus are small, and change frequently since yesterdays fish just isn’t good enough.
The kitchen is open from 12:00-21:00.
